Meet Rita

Rita’s passion and exceptional eye are evident in every space she designs, from stunning high-end residences to impeccably detailed commercial spaces. She understands that each client is unique, tailoring each project to their specific needs, desires, goals and lifestyles. Her guiding philosophy is that well-designed spaces can empower and inspire us to live better lives.

Rita originally began her career in corporate consulting with Fortune 500 companies. After having two beautiful children and surviving a life-threatening illness, Rita was motivated to leave the corporate world to pursue her passion for interior design at UCLA– where she received her formal training. This decision is a throughline for her design work– everyone has the power to reinvent and redesign their home– and life.

Our Services

With her dynamic background, Rita offers a unique perspective and approach. She designs at the intersection of art and science — pulling from her educational background in engineering, she always likes to start by asking: “How will the home function? How can your home best support your life?” At the same time, her spaces strive to convey an emotional experience: a release, a welcoming environment that serves as a breath of fresh air at the end of a long day. 

  • Our Full Service Design services are ideal for clients who are looking for a custom and tailored space that is a beautiful reflection of who they are and meets their lifestyle needs. Includes remodels, renovations, and custom builds.

  • Our Designer for a Day services are ideal for clients who have a great understanding of their design aesthetic and design goals and need additional consultation services with a professional designer to get questions answered, address design concerns or select certain finishes or need recommendations on resources to help the client create their special space.

  • Our virtual design services are for ideal for client who need guidance with direction, but want to take on the bulk of work themselves. We provide vision, inspiration and direction. Meetings are held remotely and content shared electronically.
